The Investiture ceremony of IIS was held on the 24th May-2012. The Chief Guest for the program was Dr. Meshgan- Director College of Graduate Studies, Supervisors and Activity Coordinator did the rest of the honors pinning badges for House Captains, Vice Captains and Prefects. The House Mistresses adorned the House captains and the Vice Captains with the house ties. The School flag and the House flags were hoisted by the Principal and the House Mistresses respectively in the school grounds and the video was relayed in the auditorium to the parents and students who were seated there.
The Chief Guest, Dr. Meshgan in her key note address to the student leaders congratulated them on their newly acquired status and encouraged them to take their roles seriously and also take up responsibilities towards a sustainable of environment which is the need of the hour today. The program ended with UAE National Anthem followed by the Indian National Anthem. Principal |
